Rules of the "INSTANT GIFTS"

I. ACTION ORGANISERS
The organizer of the „INSTANT GIFTS " campaign is Benzina, s.r.o., Dělnická 12, 170 04 Prague 7, ID: 60193328, Tax ID: CZ60193328, registered in the Commercial Register of the Prague Municipal Court, section C, insert 124304.

II. ACTION TIMETABLE
The action will take place at all Benzina, s.r.o., filling stations from 1 September 2010 until clearance of supplies.

III. PARTICIPATION
The action is open to all customers of Benzina filling stations who meet the stipulated conditions. By entering the competition, all participants pledge to observe its rules. Persons who are in an employment or similar relationship with the organiser or with other companies involved in the competition, or are in a close relationship with such persons, are excluded from the competition.

IV. ARRANGEMENT
For each 30 litres of purchased fuel entitle the customer to purchase offered gifts for an advantageous supplementary price:
Pocket knife for 85 CZK or Suncream for 35 CZK.

This discounted price for the gift may be paid only in cash or with a bank credit card.
The list of the current assortment of gifts is available on www.benzinaplus.cz. The customer may choose ONLY FROM THE GIFTS available at a specific filling station. Where the gift is not available at the visited filling station, the customer may collect it at any other Benzina filling station if it is currently in stock there.
One customer may receive any number of member cards, depending on the amount of purchased fuel. The number of gifts purchased at an advantageous price is not limited - this applies until supplies run out.
The customer can combine several member cards on condition that they all contain stamps of the same value.

V. RIGTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF OPERATOR
The organiser of the action reserves the right to interrupt, shorten, prolong or terminate the action, to change the prize or in any other way modify the rules of the action without stating the reason. The organiser is not liable for any misuse, alienation or other unauthorised use of a member card. Exaction of prizes per curiam is not possible. The liability of the organiser for any defects of the prize is governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.
