The genesis of Benzina's premium brand has attracted younger and more demanding customers.
Benzina is a synonym of stability and the certainty of quality fuels for drivers.

Prague, 22 October 2008 – Benzina provides high-quality fuels and supplementary services not only at standard filling stations under the Benzina brand name, but also as the premium Benzina plus brand for the last two years now.  The segmented approach and communication with drivers paid off – almost 50% of the “normal” as well demanding drivers are loyal to Benzina, trust it and will continue to return to it. This was shown by a survey by the independent agency GfK.

The extensive modernisation of the network of filling stations, the offer of gastronomic services and premium fuel, this all helped Benzina reach first place on the fuel market. GfK’s survey from this September also confirmed the success of the concept from 2006 – in addition to the standard stations Benzina created a network of premium Benzina plus filling stations for more demanding customers. According to the survey primarily drivers up to 44 years of age, often from higher income brackets, currently visit the premium Benzina plus.  Apart from high-quality motor fuels, almost one quarter of the customers significantly appreciate good refreshments and other supplementary services. We also encounter an ample amount of professional drivers at Benzina plus filling stations. Availability on frequented traffic arteries and a wide offer of gastronomic services are important for them.
Nor is the composition of the customers of the classic Benzina any surprise. They are still more conservative and cautious drivers of private automobiles. They appreciate Benzina’s stability and the certainty of quality fuels.
The results of the survey moreover confirmed the positive trend in the perception of the entire brand. More than 40% of the motorists reported an overall improvement in Benzina’s services compared to 12% of the drivers last year in a similar survey that indicated that the brand is better than in the previous period.
