Verva 100 is available already at 50 BENZINA gas stations [27.06.2007]

Prague, 27 June - The premium high octane petrol, Verva 100 is available to drivers at already 50 BENZINA gas stations. By the end of year, Verva 100 will be available at 78 BENZINA plus gas stations. Verva fuels have been developed with the goal to improve the engine performance in various climate conditions and environment with variable load; i tis received by drivers successfully. Based on the results of the first five months of 2007, it is clear that Verva 100 is more attractive for the drivers compared to the older BENZINA premium fuel Blue Octane 99. Specifically, 398,000 liters of Verva 100 was sold from January to May of this year.

„A special additive formula was applied during the development of this top fuel, using the advanced types of additives, thus ranking VERVA 100 among the top quality fuels on the Czech market," stated Václav Loula, Director of the Division for Quality of Benzina. Special lubricating additives significantly decrease friction losses and positively affect the engine performance. Other additives maintain the intake valve, injectors and combustion space. The VERVA 100 composition also contributes to removal of sediments. The anti-corrosion additive protects the entire fuel system against corrosion. The decrease of friction losses, cleaning effect of the fuel and a high octane number are the key factors leading to the decrease of fuel consumption which will certainly be appreciated by the drivers.
VERVA 100 fuel is declared as a super clean fuel with the addition of sulfur up to 10 mg/kg. According to the valid EU legislation, Czech Republic is obliged to fully introduce sulfur-free fuels by January 2009. In addition to positive features of the composition of the fuel, i tis necessary to add the positive effect in reducing the harmful emissions.
